Our national and international service is personalized. We ask you to call. We do not require you to spend a lot of time logging into an unfamiliar system and remembering your password. We will always answer our phone. That is our promise to you.
Business Background:
We have been in business since 2000 and are members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), FALI, NJPPSA, NYSPPSA and CalsPro. We are bonded and insured through ACCORD. We are a national corporation and we serve papers throughout the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico.
We have never had a complaint against us. Sometimes a defendant complains because they do not want to be served - but we have never had a customer or client complain about the quality or accuracy of our services and we have never had a Proof of Service quashed.
Many big process service companies will take your job and then try to subcontract the work to the cheapest process server they can find. Is that the way you want your papers to wind up? We will not farm out your papers. All work is done by tried and true process servers that are licensed, insured bonded and experienced. We are professionals that care about the quality of service, and our reputation. This may seem like an old fashioned concept in today's world, but it is our belief that if you do the best job possible then you will succeed by making everyone satisfied. This in itself gives us satisfaction and peace of mind.
What we do:
Court Filings, Document Retrievals, Courier Service, Eviction Service, Divorce Service, Travel Notary, Service of Process, Hard to Serve papers and RUSH service including Skip Trace.
We properly serve your papers. If we have a problem, we will call you. We serve hard to serve papers, including modifications of alimony and child custody papers. We feel these are very difficult to serve and we always ask you for a picture of the defendant so we can "drop serve" them if necessary.
When we go out to serve your papers our professional process servers look decent, professional and presentable. Most people throughout the states open their door to us because we do not look like a typical process server. This enables us to get more papers served.
When we have trouble with a bad address, we use our investigative databases to locate a good 2nd address for you. We employ all our time and expense in obtaining a good address and we will only charge you $25.00 to locate the 2nd address. If it is a more involved case, we will call you and explain the situation and your options. Additional investigative work may incur additional fees, however, we believe our rates are below the norm for the quality of services that we provide. We always get advance approval from you before we do any work or you incur any fees.
When service is completed, we will mail you the original proof of service, or if you request, mail the proof directly to the court. You must provide us a stamped addressed envelope for this service. We will also mail you the signed "acknowledgement" of the recipient, if we were able to obtain a signature.
